1. Unboxing Your Neon Brothers Sign

      2. Getting Started

      Step 1: Powering On
        Step 2: Adjusting Brightness & Modes (Optional)
        • Use the remote control to adjust brightness levels.
        • Switch between lighting modes (steady, flashing, etc.) using the mode buttons on the remote.

        3. Mounting Your Neon Sign

        Wall Mounting:
        • Step 1: Choose the location where you want to hang your sign.
        • Step 2: Mark the spots for drilling based on the mounting holes on the sign.
        • Step 3: Drill the holes and insert the wall plugs.
        • Step 4: Use screws to securely attach the sign to the wall.
        Hanging with a Chain:
        • Step 1: Attach the provided chain to the mounting points on the sign.
        • Step 2: Hang the sign from a secure hook or fixture.

        4. Troubleshooting

        Sign Doesnโ€™t Turn On:
        • Check the power connection and ensure the adapter is properly plugged in.
        • Try a different outlet to rule out power supply issues.
        Remote Control Not Working:
        • Ensure the remote has batteries installed and they are functioning.
        • Point the remote directly at the sign, within range.
        Sign Flickering or Dimming:
        • Check the power supply and ensure the voltage is stable.
        • Try reducing the brightness or switching modes to see if the issue persists.

        5. Care & Maintenance

        • Clean your neon sign with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions.
        • Keep the sign in a dry area to prolong its life and prevent electrical issues.
        • Unplug the sign when not in use for extended periods.
