• Client wanted blue text lighting with full icon visibility
• Requested changes after production regarding lighting in the eyes of the icon

Design & Quotation:

• Recommended upgrade from 50cm to 100cm for visibility, but client chose 50x50cm
  
• Color preference locked as blue, matching the brand’s look
• Provided web payment link and installment plan

Mockup & Approval:

• Client selected blue neon with black acrylic background
• UV print used for the icon; text lit in LED neon
• When client raised concern about unlit icon areas (like the eyes), we explained the UV vs. LED distinction
• Offered optional remake with lit eyes at additional cost (A$93.26), but client approved current version to stay on budget

Post-Production Support:

• Client reported unusual flickering when tapping surfaces
